Sitges, Spain

From Peñíscola, we took a train, and light rail and walked to get to the Subur Hotel in Sitges. We have a lovely sea view room; can hear the waves all night and great views.

It has rained off and on since we got here, but able to do some touring and stay fairly dry without an umbrella (too much wind for one). At 3:00 a.m. we were awakened by loud thunder.

Today we went into Barcelona by light rail and used the metro to get around the Las Ramblas area. Found our hotel for Wed.and Thurs. nights and the Bar where we will meet some Cruise Critic friends. A little confusion with the streets in the big city, but found helpful people.

Tomorrow, we will explore Sitges at little more. We have met with 4 Cruise Critics friends here the last two nights for Tapas and drinks. They are from Florida and Texas, so a lot in common. More tomorrow.
